Protenia has developed a platform dedicated to genes handling and expression vectors engineering using different systems: bacterium, yeast, insect and mammal cells.

Protenia is able also to carry out sequencing projects in order to meet customer requirements. Sequencing services is equipped with a robotized platform:

• ABI 3730XL, ABI 3700 (96-capillary sequencers) and ABI 3130XL (16-capillary sequencer),
• Automats (Tecan Genesis RSP200, MWG Robotseq 2500) for high throughput sequencing projects (HTS).

All DNA sequencing is performed by using the most state-of-the-art technologies and informatics. In addition to primer synthesis and sequencing service, we developed a platform dedicated for genes and vectors handling and engineering.
